Care & Maintenance.
We recommend that you hand wash your board after each use. Use a damp cloth and mild liquid detergent and dry it thoroughly with cloth or a paper towel. Be sure not to soak or submerge your board in water and do not put it in the dishwasher.
For ongoing care, apply butcher block (or cutting board) oil to your board every 4 weeks, or when board appears dry and lighter in color. Be sure to never use a food oil to oil your cutting board, food oils can become rancid over time.
